This property has over 5 cinematic videos, look for Villa Cristal Marbella and you’ll see many videos without the man. This is a much more detailed tour, with a man showing around, which we really want to see, and they know it, which is why they have been releasing a couple of tour videos.
I have seen the five videos, which are very artistic, but the time of the video is too short, and the audience will feel better if the video lasts about 5 minutes

Really i dont know exactly in La Zagaleta, but in Marbella IBI is about 0.65% per year, but in "catastral" value. This value usually is lower than market prices. So in the worst scenario you must pay about 80.000 for this villa.

I have visited Australia and found out that the rich in Australia can buy a villa of the same price of 12.75 million euros and they only have to pay about 10,000 to 15,000 Australian dollars in council tax. Furthermore, if they purchase this 12.75 million euros in Australia to live and not to rent it out, then when they sell the villa, they can keep all the capital gain on the sale of the villa without having to pay 1 dollar in tax. For example, if John purchased a 12.75 million villa in Sydney to live with his family in 2000. 10 years later in 2010, John and his family wanted to move to Europe to live and they sold the villa for 20 million euros. John can keep the entire 7.5 million euros in capital gain without having to pay 1 dollar in tax. Not only John and his family enjoyed living in a villa for 10 years, but when they sell the villa they can keep all the capital gain on the sale of the villa without having to pay one dollar in capital gain tax. That 0.65% might not apply there. The best way to be sure is by writing to the Marbella city council.
Ok, I have looked out of curiosity and yes... La Zagaleta has a lower IBI than normal. So low that a villa of 12 million pays about € 10,000 a year for the aforementioned tax.
@@frenchifrenchi6438 Thanks for your information. If correct, 10,000 euros per year for a property of 12.75 million euros are much more reasonable, especially when you have to pay capital gain tax on any capital gain when you sell the villa later.
