I brought these cookies to work. They asked me when my next trip to Florida is so I can bring back more cookies.

When life gives you a broken hand bake cookies! What this guy was able to create and master is part of the American dream, Gideon’s is the Ben & Jerry’s of cookies. The product is highly sought after by locals and tourists alike. Are there some working conditions that can be improved, yea perhaps. But I’m sure this place has not only passed all local safety/health inspections but also has to meet to Disney’s high standards and codes of conduct. Employees are a direct reflection on management & should represent the heart and soul of the company. It’s unfortunate to see this disconnect between the two. Management should host a town hall lay out their mission statement, reinvigorate employee morale, focus on people, process and product and make this be one of the best turnaround stories in small business history. We’re at a pivotal inflection point in cookie history my friends

Make a fair wage and safe environment for your employees before you’re next mansion and cat purchase. Employees do the brunt of the work for your wealth so the least you can do is pay it forward.

cookies are fantastic, but parking is a NIGHTMARE!! there's so few parking spaces, and you'll end up parking on the streets in front of people's homes.
