I am 44 and having been listening to dance music since 13 years old on pirate radio stations, I, like most spent much of their youth and early adult years in clubs, everything from house, garage, D&B, logical progression etc. I also love all things music generally. However the reason I have to post is because no matter how many times I listen to this track I still get a massive buzz off it. ike any track best through a decent sound system. But my word that drop in the synth is just un-real. What a track........
Just listened to this on headphones and I got to say this is a musical journey done right. well done and thanks for the 4 mins of bliss.it seems harder to find absolute favorites as I get older because I'm picky but this is my favorite at the moment thanks for the track. I remember being young and when music seemed like it could solve every problem and this takes me back to then.I am a lucky guy with everything going for me but it has been a tough year and I was looking for something tonight musically that would speak louder than words, no lyrics on this track but it did something for me so your goal is achieved with me at least personably.thanks.
Discovered this today on my "Discover weekly" from Spotify. This is one of the best songs Ive heard lately. Really good use of samples, love your work here - keep it up!
This is such a beautiful track, I was so happy when I first heard it and after about a minute I knew it was going to only grow and grow in my mind, that my enjoyment of the track was still growing, that I had many more listens, interpretations to go through, settings and scenes during which I could still listen to it - each experience etching the track from sound to an experience in my mind. An experience uniquely my own but with a major component in common with many of the fans here - the music. This has become one of my favorite tracks from you Tourist! Many thanks for creating it, pouring your own emotion and feeling into its creation. Sometimes these emotions can be transmitted along with the sound itself, and in this case, I feel it has. Much respect!
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve listened to this track, what a master piece! So much detail. I’ve tried to make something similar and just failed miserably. What synth is that main lead from man it’s insane
William, it's fantastic!!!!! Sounds like something kind and beautiful! You're a wonderful musician! Now it's in my favourite list like any other your creations! Thnks, man!
First time listened to this while going through a busy crossing, it hit so good that I stopped for a second just to get myself together That's magical and pretty rare, thanks
I get a lot of Aphex Twin from this track. Absolutely love it. Also discovered it from Spotify. I love the eerie vocals that come in around 5:20, so so good.
*"Enya - Caribbean Blue" is what this is from! Totally took me a second, but I knew I recognized the song and trust me when I say I'm not trying to rain on your parade... I'm a fan.* Here's the Enya version: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5yRgiXh2fP4.html

*I swear you sampled an Enya song and it will take me a minute to find, but the tune is EXACTLY the same as her song. I really like this btw, but I recognize the tune.*
