Nope. I’d buy a Super Duty/HD pick up to tow 9,000lbs. Larger and wider means a more stable towing platform. With ability to carry more than just Jill C inside.
Looks great, I will be watching for yours and Gill's driving impressions. I always like to stay 1000 lbs under the stated towing limit. So no to 9000 but 7500 to 8000 yes.
We did ask. There’s no definite date since they are being shipped from Japan and the logistics of that means no definite timeline. They did say west coast dealers will get them first because of how they are shipped.
Just FYI for viewers. A 9000lb flatbed or lowboy style trailer will be much different than a 9000lb travel trailer. SAE tests use the former so be sure to check if the owners manual stipulates maximum trailer frontal area.
