UPDATE, I did contact the people that sent the tow bar kit with the Screwed Up powder coating, they replied to me within hours and said they would make it right and said I could ship it back they would send me another one or they would just knock off $10 off the next purchase. so I don't have a problem with them as long as they did what they did or do what they say they will do so far I haven't cashed in on any of it I'm not going to send it back it's too much trouble. they did say that they're trying to figure out a better way to ship them I do not believe it was damaged in shipping I think it was damaged before they sent it as you watch me open the package it was wrapped in bubble wrap.
