Whenever i curly toe down i feel pop along the tendon path. I have os trigonum so should i do this?

How often do you recommend doing this to try and rebuild the arches?

My podiatrist recommended doing this 2-4 times a day in order to rebuild the arches.

I would do it at least 1 x per day for 2 Minutes on each foot. There are also many other things you can do to help build the arches but this is a great start. Sorry for late response.

I prescribe these for every knee, ankle and foot problem. We should all be incorporating exercises in regularly to build the feet. did you see the Pipe exercises on this channel?
