thats his second ultimate skill ...his first Ultimate skill was Ultimate Skill, Astarte which was given by veldanava...but after veldanava died he though he was guilty for this tragic incident as he wasn't with velda so,he unleashed his all power of Ultimate Skill, Astarte and destroyed the entire nation who was responsible later he sealed his ultimate skill thinking he wasn't worthy...he also though of destroying the world in rage but stopped...and after velda's deadth he lost his meaning in life therefore became a fallen angel and later developed the ultimate skill lord of sloth Belphegor...due to his laziness after he lost his very purpose of living
