Tower Simulator 3: Heathrow. EGLL. Start time 7am. I heard from Ben I was wrong about how this airport works so I did 7am again with more knowledge! Thanks Ben!. Nyerges Design installed and default schedule. I think I get to keep my job this time!!

They only swap runways at 3PM if landing from the East, which is runways 27L and 27R. If landing from West they almost always use 09 Left for Arrivals and 09 Right for Departures. They will sometimes, but rarely, use 09R for VIP and Executive arrivals and when it is quiet if the airline is based at T4 / Cargo. They don't need to swap when using 09 as the number of people living to the West of the airport is massively less than the number living to the East. When possible they use 27's. So if there is a slight wind from the East they will still use 27's. Great videos - you make it look easy !!

Thank you for the extra information. This airport and their ways interest me. Even the clearance to enter final is interesting, You won't see that in this game, but it is neat nonetheless.

Hopefully I will find some time to do that. I find it fascinating how they change IRL at different times of day and weekly. I also find their holding patterns very interesting, even though you wont see that in this game.

I have similar difficulty in giving complex taxiing instructions and having a west country/Australian accent doesn’t help. By faking an American accent I have fewer mistranslations. Any suggestions about setting up with the game head set or delivery of your instructions. I hope they tweak the aircraft landing animation to be land mostly in the landing zone of a runway.

I think I just need to be clearer when I pronounce my words. Sometimes I get tired and mumble quickly. I also hope the animation gets tweaked a bit, but they seem to always be making improvements in the game. This is a new DLC so there are some issues, but once we point them all out, they generally get fixed in a timely fashion.
