I hope they add more classes like Mages/Clerics/Rangers or Sharpshooters as well. Not everyone likes close combat characters. The game looks sick to play with friends. It's a must. I'll wait until 1.0
I don't think the game should cater to "everyone". Games that do this usually fail. Just let them do their thing. Tired of people demanding games that is for everyone but don't think about how many resources this would cost.
@@leoleo1035 calm down bro, it's just an opinion. That's why I said "I hope" and not "They should add" Jesus Christ 🤣. If they don't release any more non close combat classes it's OK.
Any kind of pure ranged class whether it be physical or melee kinda of gets away from the combat. Its like a whole other game. You cant really do those same combos at range. You can maybe do them mid to close range but then why have a ranged class to begin with. How is a ranged class going to knock up for example or different heavy combos
@@m-zm2uo i feel like each class needs to be able to hold their own. Thats why the trifecta type games always leads to toxicity in group play. Battle mage would be more appropriate for this game of they do mage. Since poison is in the game the can do a mostly poison type class like a plague doctor or alchemy based class.
I learned my lesson from Buying Superfuse & Space Punks 2 years ago. Turned into a dead games after a few months. Early Access games do come with a huge risk lol & they usually look so tempting 😅
My son and I have a few hours in and it’s a good game in all aspects. It had tones of Destiny, RPG, WoW gearing, Streets of rage,,,just allot of good. Hopefully when it drops they continue to show it love!
Got 45 hours in towerborne so far. Bought the gold founders pack for myself and the silver for my wife. We are having tons of fun. Definitely a highly recommended game. Can’t wait to see where this game goes in the future
I really like this game. Can't wait to play it. The only thing I see that I don't like is the weapon flip (if the character looks right sword is on the right and shield is on the left, if the character looks left sword is on the left and shield is on the right). This was a thing in the 90s, when the sprite was 2d. This game is 3d(ish), so this should not be there. IMHO, of course.
If they are doing planned wipes I'll buy the gold just to support the devs & get those exclusive items play a lil bit to get the hang of combat then wait for full release. 💯
Looks pretty fun, I've been looking for something less intense than destiny to play with my wife and this seems like a good candidate. Having to pay to be a beta tester for a free to play full release game on top of multiple progress resets makes me want to wait till full release tho.
Yes, we’re happy we got to play early but will be waiting for 1.0 to hop in. Hopefully the local co-op works out because I think it’d be perfect on the couch with a partner!
@@TheCoOpBros Thank you so much. Myself and my brother are playing it now. Are there any upgrades? We looking for games similar to Catquest, ship of fools and those types. Would appreciate it finding more ❤️🙂
My friend, consider watching the video! But yes, it will be free to play at full release. Right now it costs money to get in. Odd but it is what it is. We focused on playing with friends not randoms but it was very easy to meet up and play.
A wipe is definitely a turn off for me. If it's a semi-wipe I think that would be ok. But the game does look good so I'm buying now to play. I hope they don't do a 100% without incentives
End of the video made me decide against buying it. Pay 25$ to play it early with no progression carrying over to 1.0 is a dealbreaker for me especially when it’s going to end up being f2p it’s giving wayfinder vibes
This game looks great but why are people so excited about it? What is unique about it? DoF has been doing this for over a decade. There latest on mobile just broke all records (dl/rev). The glazing is real. Great for the devs but...
It will turn f2p after release, so yeah. 90% of F2P games are live service games, the other 10% are dead. Still sucks, though. I don't mind it being a live service game (it is not bad by definition as long as it is BY ITSELF), but what usually comes tied to it is a lot of FOMO mechanics. And that shit drives me nuts. I will still play it to check it out, but I doubt it will last for more than 2 or 3 days, like any other live service game I played.
Zero, the game doesn't seem to have a proper narrative at all, and the character customization is very basic. No top scar for the character. No fake glute slider.
