@Ethan H I'll try, my lspdfr will crash at random times, I have re-download and gone one by one to see what plugin it is and none of them have a issue but when they are all in there it crashes 5 minutes or so after I go on duty, sometimes even shorter than 5 minutes, and non of the solutions I have tried have worked. If you can help it would be amazing, but if you can't help then thanks for trying

If you have confidently gone through every plugin and made sure it wasn't one of them and that each works for the new version (as well as ensure callouts aren't breaking it), then it may be an anti virus issue. Honestly there are so many things that crash it. Also try playing LSDPFR is the only thing installed along with the latest Rage version and see if it still crashes.
