So i noticed that the miracle hands perk says in its description of double-buy "powerups wont change to carpenters or nukes", but 10:21 shows otherwise

I believe the issue with PHD with this mod is due to the fact the PHD that normally appears on this map is the one that does the grenade chaining where the PHD in reaper collection is a different version that doesn't do that. Widows probably did the same thing since the widows grenades also get affected by PHD

Town has 6 perks normally. Now multiply that by 10 and subtract 10. This was fucken chaos. But funny as hell. Also, Projekt Reklamation is coming along well. I might even be able to release it early. I wish I could use the boiii client because I want to level up while having fun with the game- the base game just isn't all too fun at a certain point, but I want to keep leveling. Also, I use steam bo3 and I never have problems so it might be because of the mods or maps you're loading.
