It’s not bad but it’s a pretty tight fit. At $365,000 I guess you’re paying for location. I would prefer space and location.

Hello I have been watching many of your videos. Thanks for your videos. I'm researching Florida as a possible retirement dream home location. Your videos are perfect for this. I suggest you add the drive up, drive through, and the exit of the community to all your videos. It gives so much info on what the community looks like. Also it would be helpful to know what the HOA covers for each community you video. Your videos have steadily improved and I'm sure you gain clients through these videos. You are awesome, keep up the good work. I look forward to your notifications and some day enjoying the South Florida lifestyle. :)

Omg....this layout is super weird! How can u begin to style the livingroom. The space is too tight and the price is a bit on the high end, but again its Downtown Ft.Lauderdale. Tfs, I enjoy seeing what's out there.

I'm sorry it's a no for me for that much there is no space like 😮 my bed room is almost as big as the living room I'm living in that now I'm moving to florida but I need a little more space. THE BATHROOMS ARE NICE

Because of the downtown area that this townhouse development is located, the spaces are very limited and small. So I understand.

Ms. Lopez? As a townhouse owner who is responsible for the upkeep of the property: roof, garden, plumbing, termites since one is close ro standing water: a lake, and sidewalk repairs etc? Also as a town house owner is there an HOA fee associated with the property? Are there handicap accessibility in townhouses since they are on 2 floors?

Prices for rentals are so high lately. I recommend that you try to own if possible. If you need help finding some great lenders, I do have some preferred lenders that I work with to see if you could qualify to purchase instead of renting.
