Very informative video and great affort thanks a lot. 2020 i booked Godrej Boulevard part of this township. I think now the prices are very high inflated, new customers may not get appriciation and sometime scare if the real estate market falls down then what will happen to investor. End user may not worry. Road development is concern and looks like 2-3 years will go.
What’s your post sales experience with Godrej..? And did you visit any completed Godrej project for reviews/ feedbacks before going for this one? Thanks.
Do mention about the litigations when you publish videos. As this townships have a lot of litigations which the builders are not disclosing and when asked they only say its available on RERA website. Beware as banks may create issues giving loans on such properties
Mujhe ye samaj na hai jo aap Township ki baat kar rahe ho usme kahi kahin bunglows or plotting area bataya gaya hai, kya isme drinking water, drainage system kaise hoga ?? Kya future me township me se koi arrangement ho sakta hai?? Isme investment kar ne jaisa hai???

Hello sir...mene flat booked Kiya he..flat builder ne kaha he ki apko close parking milegi par bad me unhone open parking milegi kaha or 1lakh Kam Kiya Aggriment check Kiya to map me open parking space kaha he dikhaya nahi he par vaha pe ek line mentioned he ki 6.Car park- one open car park Ye allocated car parking hogi na.common parking nahi hogi na. Please help before aggriment hona he 5-6 din me
Open car park means it is not allotted to you. If you purchase a car park then they have to mention it in your agreement along with parking number. Also, parking slot map has to be attached with agreement. But, this happens only when you purchase. Better you purchase it now to avoid future hassles.
