I too have been going through a lot recently.. I also use to be excited and I use to put status for him. I was so in love with him. But now I can't focus on anything. It's been v tough for me. I'm in a very bad phase of my life. I have been an introvert all my life and recently I'm Heartbroken here's my story. How to overcome it. Please tell me? Is it normal. Because recently a guy cheated on me we were together for 1 year thn I felt something was off. He started ignoring me aur raat ko calls waiting rehta tha wo bolta tha ki raat ko 12 bje tk wo so jata hain. And main ne bhi kabhi shak nhi kia but gradually when he started ignoring me I use to call hm late nights just to find out wo time wo uss ladki ko deta tha. Thn I came to know that he already had a gf with whom he was in a relationship for 5 years. So basically he was cheating both of us. I reached out to her showed her all the proofs. And the guy too confessed that he did cheat but I'm shocked to know that the girl accepted him again. And they are together now.. This is most disgusting they both played with my emotions I had suicidal tendencies heartbreak 💔 panic attacks anxiety. And they don't even regret of doing this. Everyone is so fake the world is full of fake people. Sach m kisiko etna blindly trust krna nhi chahiye tha 1yr + 8 months sb khatam krdia mental health and I even attempted suicide. Depression mental health is not a joke. People should talk about it more often.

To both of you, even I have gone through the same where some of my own so called best friends (not all, some are my besties even today) have taken me for granted when I was in high school. After 10th grade I am very lucky that I have got genuine friends in my life who have never used me. And @jasmine see please don't spoil your life for that loser who cheated on you. He is enjoying his life after he cheated you and you are the one who is suffering from within. In my opinion, just forget about him, forget the past and move on. For you and for your parents sake. Just do your best in your academics or job and just excel in it. Whenever you are free just meditate or read or watch some good videos jinke wajah se you will be busy and you won't think about that boy.

My so called friend was so possessive about me that if at all I was cordial and good to anyone she couldn't bear the same. And she used to always tell me to stay away from any other classmate because according to her, I was only hers. Sounds cringe right. I was literally in depression at that time when this girl was after me. Then after some days we both gradually maintained distance from each other and then I was happy in life.
