Xylazine is a drug that can cause serious life-threatening effects in people. Recently this substance has been found in street drugs in Central New York. Ross Sullivan, MD, tells what's important to know about this drug in this interview. He’s an assistant professor of emergency medicine at Upstate and director of medical toxicology.
