I've caught my kid watching one of these videos a few times. The people who make those videos probably put as many popular characters in the videos as they can so that they can tag all the characters in the video. Sometimes they would throw in a nursery rhyme in the background so that will get tagged too. That way there is a higher chance that their videos will show up in the recommended section when little kids watch videos of their favorite characters or nursery rhymes.

I know right, some people have no decency at all. What's more amazing is when I first saw these kids channels popping up in my "recommended" videos I thought they were legit reviews of kids shit, like toys and the like, but I never clicked on it, and now I find out it was basically fetish porn all along, like what the fuck! I guess it stems from when you are a kid, you always want to know until when the situation can escalate, and even when you find that point, you still want to go further. Maybe that's what drives the success of these videos, not saying it's good, but that's just my theory.
