Your hitting the right spot…at my target they were on that back wall with the Neca stuff and the anime stuff…they were just sitting on the shelf. They only had Fei Long and Ryu, no Chun Li yet.
The third restocks of this line have hit the Targets I frequent. What’s interesting is, and this may be unique to my area only, the only Targets getting these newer restocks are the same ones that received them the first time. Also interesting to note is that if you give them Chun Li’s unique DPCI number to look up, I think it may reference the entire lines DPCI number which could be misleading as it will depend on the 3 figure case pack out your Target gets. From the new restocks I’ve seen so far the case pack outs have been 2x Fei Long, 1x Ryu or 2x Ryu, 1x Fei Long. One Target even got a solid case of 3x Fei Long. I have yet to see the rumored Chun Li case pack out of 2x Chun Li, 1x Ryu. Again, take this with a grain of salt based on the case pack outs I mentioned, if your Targets receive Fei Long, most likely Chun Li did not ship in that case packout, as I haven’t seen or heard a case pack out of them being shipped together so far. As far as locations in Target, I’ve seen the Street Fighter line mostly around the Neca area near the electronics/video game department where the Funko Pops are sold. Earlier reports had people finding them in the video game area near the PlayStation games. I would also check the anime sections also as some Targets have those sections split from the Neca/Pop sections and have them located in the regular toy aisles with the Fortnite and Nintendo Mario figures.
Those Are Good Street Fighter Toys But I Still Like The Sota Toys of Street Fighter The Most Even You Didn't Bought Anything I Still Enjoy The Hunt Very Good 👍
In the Targets I've seen them in they're in the collectibles section, usually with the anime figures. Thing is they only ship in packs of three so I've never seen more than three of the line in a store and I've yet to come across Chun-Li. Good luck.
The SHF ladies are amazing. It's the dudes who are under whelming. They have a cute anime look, scale good with 1/12 and good articulation. R. Mika was my favorite figure for that year, but shes one of my favorite from the game.
