I much prefer less but quality products. Looking forward to trying these. Really loved the temple spa serum we got previously so nice to try more of their products as the brand is new to me
I'm really excited about trying these products...I'm 64 and have good skin, i put that down to always having a good skin routine and my much loved TOYL box...it gives me a chance to try out products that I necessarily wouldn't try, usually the price puts me off 😅... Bought the gut health the other month it’s great. When I worked for temple spa we used the be calm as a 10 minute or overnight mask. It’s really gentle and ‘calming’. Nice product. Local company (if you live in Littlehampton!! 😂😂). ❤
Hi Karen, marvellous you are spreading the word re connection of gut micobioderme and skin health 😊 Symprove is a fantastic product which ive often invested in with a really positive effect especially after a bout of illness/ antibiotics. As a former nurse i always recommend using probiotics as well as a low sugar and high fibre diet. My skin is incredible as a result! Love all the topical products you are advocating too. ❤
Lottie! What a lovely reply! You and I both know that most of us love a bit of sugar but keeping a real eye on this, eating well and using a pre (and pro) biotic is a really great idea both internally and topically. I'm so please you like it!
