I turned off tc and at the traffic lights I floored the accelerator while my son was reading the aurion owners manual in the passenger seat and his head went hump into the headrest
Yes That was 19.3 litres per hundred average for the tank after over 200km. I averaged 21 litres per hundred, it did 260km for 55 litres(fuel light came on). Not too bad I guess. At least the fuel is being made into power. Camrys get similar or worse consumption (with their smaller engine) as they make little power so you always have them floored or you get nowhere. Aurions cant be as floored as you would be going too fast (so use less fuel)!
How the hell are you driving a Camry to get anywhere near 20L per 100km? Going all out on mountain roads (till the brakes start to heat up) doesn't even get near that, and that's in a manual with me keeping the revs high!
Here's proof young blokes know FUCK ALL about driving safely. He turns off stability control then goes out and floors the accelerator pedal in the wet, on a public road. The only sideways you'll be getting is when u put yourself in to an immovable obstacle, like a tree or a light pole.
