Toyota Aygo Blower motor replacement 

I repaired my fan rotor. But bro, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! you saved me half a day and millions of braincells and about half a liter of spilled blood. Your method of removing the motor is brilliant and that tip is priceless. Not even mechanics in my area know this trick and they told me earlier they had to dismantle half the car :'D. I just unscrewed two polts and did some twisting. You literarly saved me about 300 euros! You are my hero!

I think the difference to car models having the steering column at the right had site (English) is that the support of the clutch cable holder there blocks exactly that one extra cm needed to wiggle the blower in. So, unfortunately for our British fellows it's even a harder nightmare of a job (in that case would rather cut from the top the heater box apart and glue it back - a job one do once in car live time).

Had to repair my fan today, what a mess..... But thanks for this video, it really helps me a lot.

I have a fault with my blower motor, it sometimes works fine then on other occasions it doesn't work at all, is it a faulty motor or resistor?

Does someone have a part number for that motor? Also the resistor.

I have the right hand drive model it's worse to get out because you have to take the clutch cable and brackets and lower the whole steering column on top of all this as well a fxxxxking nightmare

How long time did it took to make it ?

Not quite the same on right hand drive,had to remove steering column and fan will drop out from the bottom

I changed mine Yesterday But the fan snaped when trying to get it in place… so now it’s really loud when having it on 4.

😂 blimey! I am having a hernia watching that.....as the car was bought as a cheap runabout I think I will get a plug in blower heater! I am no mechanic for to get that sorted in a garage here in the UK would be expensive proably it will cost about a third of what the car is worth now expensive in labour charges alone here in a UK garage.
