On my 2017 rx 350 I replaced one of the front sensors. And now I have ICS system malfunction. How can I fix it with out going to dealer?

Mishka 7V7 I’m having a problem with this out of no where the ics malfunction appeared and I didn’t do nothin but go to the store and was leaving when the light appeared with the ics light blinking any word ?

I work at a Toyota Dealership, the main gripe I have with this system is pulling an ICS enabled vehicle into our car wash. It's a cloth wash so it won't hurt anything, but the sensors are so touchy that it sees the cloth strips as a brick wall and slams on the brakes. I like the system but it takes some getting used to.

Mishka 7V7 if the cars lcd is saying there is an ICS malfunction take it to the dealer. But before that, check around the vehicle to see if the front or rear bumpers may be damaged because the radar sensors for ICS live there

Not all of them FYI. The hud large lcd cluster front parking sensors and the rear cross traffic braking weren’t offered on the Optima

You know what I need. I need the alerts to stop beeping at me when a leaf falls in front of the car, or the car detects a mouse has farted from a measurable distance and moved my vehicle 1 mm too close to the line.

And here I'm just glad you can turn it off and it will stay off. Otherwise it'd be annoying to try and back out of spots that face a road with passing cars.

This may be true for the 2018 but for the 2019 it's a straight up lie. 🤥 The only way you can get this on the Hybrid is part of a $4,500 add-on Driver Assist package! 😒😤 why would you make it standard equipment on a 2018 and then not make it standard equipment on a 2019!? Wow, glad I'm looking at other brands!

Not many other brands have this feature. And FYI you can get the driver assist package on the XLE or XSE with either engine. It’s not only exclusive to the xle hybrid. The only feature that’s really exclusive to the hybrid xle is adaptive steering led headlights

That was a great feature on the Camry 2018 XSE and XLE ... It is a serious upgrade on the 2019s and up. I looked at new generation 2019 Lexus ES -350 and it did NOT have that on it .. It is an upgrade on them as well .. Not standard ...

@@charlesjackson1700 Luckily, my 2007 Camry is going strong still. I always keep an eye on the car crash test ratings and safety ratings so I always know what I would buy if I had to. I know that it's time goes on more and more the safety features will become standard.

@@lockergr The new New Generation Camry has an IIHS 5 star Gold "plus" rating . The best rating a vehicle can get .. The 5 star is great ,but the plus is even better .. The Accord has the standard 5 star ...
