How to remove the rear door card from a 2014 Toyota Hilux to access (or fit new) speakers.

Tools used: My trusty 4140 Pry Tool, Philips Screwdriver.
Note: The video says the OEM speaker wires run all the way to the front, but if they do not.... they run as far as the kick panels each side.... Black & Yellow (+/-) in the passenger, and Red & White (+/-) drivers side. In the doors, same colours.
