First off, 5:17 you can say that, it takes much more than that to offend us, I laughed too. Secondly, good review. There aren't a lot of reviews on the Hilux Legend, I've only seen 6, and this is probably the best one. I've been waiting almost 6 months for mine due to stock shortages, I ordered it early in April, so I spend a lot of time reading about it and rewatching the reviews. Can't wait to finally get behind the wheel.

First , I'm not by any means dissing Toyota , but.... For the price that they are ( bare in mind been 2022 ) the are just short of a Million.. Now if I'm buying a bakkie for that price or car ( I'm expecting a lot more features etc ) rather than a budget NAV / radio system etc that alot of these vehicles come with. Can't compare the Hilux to the new generation ranger and raptor thats launching now , they are now worlds apart for the same money. Hilux , Isuzu , Navara have to up there game if they going to charge those prices

What is or opinion about the new Isuzu D-Max? What do you recomand me? Please tell me? The problem here in Europe is that the Isuzu D-Max came only with the 1.9L engine in the all trims level! In high trim level Toyota Hilux Invincibile came 2.8L engine! The problem with Toyota Hilux its that is have a to demultiplicated stering comparing with the Isuzu D-Max! And another problem at the Toyota Hilux its the back sits they are to squzeed, to narrow! The australians said that the Isuzu D-Max is a lilltle ahead of the pick ups elite and of course many australians prefer Isuzu D-Max instead of Toyota Hilux!? How is that posible? Thank you kindly! 11 years to catch up to Ranger in terms of features. It is beautiful though. It is the most reliable. But apart from the jbl stereo and the 2 positives mentioned above, how is it better than a 2021 Wildtrak? No fanboy answer please.

The ranger is like Johnny Trans S2000 it's got 100 grand in repairs under the hood.

Would still prefer the outgoing Legend in my opinion. Also, in terms of features and interior quality, i believe Ford is still ahead of Toyota.

I have to be a little nit picky at 800k the seats could be finished off a lot better in front none of the stitching lines up and it just looks not great for that price i dont know maybe its just me but ive seen better interiors in cheaper cars

The new Ranger got revealed a couple of days ago and it's quite impressive Ford really did step it 👏 but idk how this hilux will compete with the new Ranger that you can get a V6 diesel with like the Amarok. The hilux is way more better looking ,reliable etc the new ranger is also reliable but it has a much better interior .And I know the hilux would sell like crazy if it could get a V6 also it will be expensive maybe more expensive then the Amarok V6

Too expensive for a work bakkie, they just added bits of black plastic and a few speakers and jacked the price way up I would rather buy a neat one from 2018 and add all the stuff you want, better suspention, sound system, cattle rails and winch. Get the motor mapped and you have a befonkte bakkie for lots less

You can''t compare this top of the range Hilux to a middle range ISUZU x-Rider. A fair comparison would have been with the ISUZU D-MAX 300 DOUBLE CAB LX 4X4.

Its a wanabe Ford Ranger Wildtrak bakkie, except it has nowhere near the quality workmanship in cabin, noise intrusion, lack in gear ratios, and engine refinement. I mean VW has 8 Ford 2 more cogs. Suspension still not near competition, I would however concede the JBL sound System is great. The price does not hide the fact that you still get little for the the money you're paying. Just not in class of Ranger Wildtrak yet! Try again with next model Toyota. The XLT Ford Ranger is still beating this Top of the range Hilux in terms of everything except the power of course at a price tag of N$660 000.00. Sensible is what we call it.

So because it has more power now it's the best to buy? Ford was blamed for many year it gives it bakkies to much face-lifts and now Toyota gives facelifts all the time. This will be the second face lift of this generation and they still struggle to get the suspension to compare with the other top brands.

Nah! I would still choose the ranger. It still looks better after 9 years than this hilux and drives better too. I prefer the single cab hilux for farm work and hauling stuff, not for gravel roads as the hilux hurts your kidneys on rough roads.

Cheap plastic inside n the ones on fenders too any one who owns one must have extra cash bkz babel betears will make a lot of money especially plastic on wheel arch's or fenders.You bump something or being one bumped lot of plastic that must be through away,when plastic break it can damaged lot of paint work.

Real car enthusiasts know that the Ranger is giving Toyota sleepless nights. This Hilux facelift is awful, too much plastic, not going to age well. The previous model now looks even better.

Its Raptor money..therefore your review has to mention that its overpriced..but i guess any rebuttal to critique is..but its a Toyota Hilux. Dumb review
