We saw a vehicle stopped in an odd spot, went up to have a look. It turned out to be broken down, conttolnarm failure.
A little further on, we saw another vehicle stuck at the top of a dune.
It turned out to be a Toyota Land Cruiser LC300.
The diver was quite young and got near the edge, sideways on. He tried to drive back up away from the edge and not stuck. If he had turned towards the edge he could have driven down.
As it was, the vehicle was on it's chassis rails and the front drivers and rear passenger wheels where hanging, all the drive was going to them.
A Can Sm driver stopped to help.
We winched it back a couple of metres so it wasn'tn stuck, then the Can Am driver drove it down the dune.
Literally a three minute recovery, it took me longer to write this.
