In this video we show you in detail a Toyota Landcruiser Prado 120 series 4.0lt Petrol V6 of our Cuban friend Jose'. This 4x4 is fully kitted overland ready for an expedition around the world . A little bit inspired by our Toto', Jose' has made a complete upgrade of his off-road vehicle by creating a real 4x4 camper equipped with everything. He has chosen very detailed technical solutions on how to convert an off-road vehicle using branded accessories. We have modifications such as a sliding bed box, external shower, raised suspension by OME, double fuel tank with 180lt capacity and even double sleeping possibilities inside or outside in an ARB air camping roof tent. This is a motorhome tour not to be missed - we were really impressed by the attention to details and the beautiful black finish...

The fridge has its spot and it does not take any space for the bed inside.

Hi. Really well build. I wish I could get hold of your friend or the places where he went to get the things in his vehicle. Especially the interior items and the lights (front and rear). Want to do things in UAE (Abu dhabi)

Nice vídeo! Thanks for sharing. Every time I see a 4x4 Overland tour I always wonder the same, where people put their cases to carry their clothes. Al the car is full of tools, rescue Staff, cooking pieces, fridge, mattres, water tanks, but there is not any single place to put a case. Do they never change IT’s clothes. The only car tour with a place for clothes is yours. Usually I wonder when those people go to sleep where they put all the things they carry back under the mattres. I travel in a Prado 120 like yours with my wife and kid 6 years OLD. Is quite impossible to carry all the Overland gear and cases and try to sleep inside unlees you put some big things like cases out when go to sleep. Here in Spain the roof tents is forbbiden unless you pay for a place in a camping. Thanks

Hi Javier, a prado with a small kid is tight to sleep inside. Generally speaking when you travel you should not carry too many clothes, hence to save space. 😉 we know the situation about camping in Europe..problematic! Saludos

Hello Vera and Aldo ! One question about your car : what do you think about manual transmission ? Because i read alot of pro and cons. If you would go back in time will you buy your Toto with manual or automatic ? Can you give us some details about pro and cons ? I„m about to buy a Land Cruiser (mostly same models as yours and i dont know what kind of transmission is better ! Thank you !
