This car is French from A to Z. Even the engine is from Peugeot in all models (Citroen Spacetourer, Peugeot Traveller, Opel Zafira Life, Toyota Proace Verso). I have tried Toyota's top equipped model, and have to say, I don't understand why Toyota needs this tricks to sell his cars. The overall quality has nothing same with the "real" Toyota quality. Think two times before buy!!

i have my 3 months and flywheel starting problem ,I bought it from a dealer, with a mileage of 18,000 now I have 20,600 I had a previous 65 cars with none I had no problems with the clutch or flywheel
Hi, i have peugeot traveller allure model so it has electric doors, i have same problems as you plus an ad blue fault that i luckily know how to clear. your sliding door can be adjusted higher or locker with the 2 bolts on the back of the door this will line up the door catch and making it closing a lot easier.
Fixing is as simple as not overfilling when you top up the diesel, stop when the handle clicks so you leave space for the elios. As for clearing the fault which is the hard bit you need Diagbox software and hardware.@@nicza4287
Vevry informativ video! Plan was to buy one of these in the furture but gonna look somewhere else. Now I understand why they are cheaper their competition. Just a rebranded french car - not worth it! Why the hell will Toyota even put there badge on this car.
Keep in mind tho a well equipped proace isn't even cheap. 😐 They will never reach the reliability like in the older hiace with this joint venture PSA crap.

Toyotas PSA "problem child"! beware of the plastic waterpump! It loose connection (plastic fan) and your motor overheat in no time! It is a 100% build PSA only labelt to Toyota signs!Every week new recalls.
I got my proace verso 2017 and I have issue with ABS sensors. Second time in two years sensors brake and car is basicly useless- electrical doors don't work, abs is out, all drivers aids are out I started to investigate and several recalls have been now issued and ABS sensors is included there. Also there are recalls related to fuel hose damage risks and brake hoses might also break. So be ready for surprises!
You have warranty 2 years, in my case 5 years, why don’t u have these issues fixed? I got a 1.5 liter diesel “cool comfort” model Proace shuttle. I have it for the past 2 years and so far no serieus issues. The isofex pieces do come loose all the time, the seat belts of the second row seats are in an odd hard to reach position for passengers, no speakers in the rear, i smell something burning while driving uphill, when u raise the screen wipers for cleaning etc it’s meal piece scratches the hood. Other than these issues, it is a decent van.
French quality is good... wea have 3 cars marks (renault , peugeot ,citroen..) how many country in Europe have 3 marks..?? it's a peugeot concept...ok but assembled by toyota...! so.....look with toyota...for the rest
I'm just wondering if you still have this, anymore issues? I've had mine for a few months (used) and have had steering alignment issues (could be wear and tear to be fair) and now the oil filter is leaking (service 3 months ago) and the gearbox has signs of leaks. It's almost 5 years old and only 40k miles. It's a shame because I really like it. What's your opinion?
everythig is true :( AdBlue problem as well, Tyre pressue check not workig well or not working. Reverse working not well, heating inside works after 50 mintutes LOL. sorry i have the same car...... i have many problems with my Proace 2020 and only 26000 km done.

Anotherproblem is Ad blue tank , Air condition and be carefull around 100000km with engine water pump. I sell thisncar back to Toyota reseler and Take Raw4 I hope another ProAce come from original Toyota No PSA
my car less than 2 years old have alot of problem with it they already change gearbox in 2 years car was in workshop for more than 30 times dont buy that car if you want to save money .Sweden
My friend work as a mechanic and he have the first with Diesel "capital engine failure" overheat because of fail waterpump! Watch when engine run there is a reflush in the cooler expantion tank ! is there no flush waterpump fail!
Trouble is that is a fake japanese maybe... I have several old french cars and they turn out cheaper to drive and less borked than german ones my family used...

Platform sharing between Toyota, Peugeot and Citroen. So this vehicle is essentially a French van with a Toyota badge. The other Toyota cars are not affected by this poor quality so don't be put off buying other Toyotas. Only this Proace Verso is basically a French product - rubbish!
But the Aygo is a joint venture too! But the Aygo have no realy problems exapt (waterproofness) ha ha! Third breake light or the two sheets under the rear door seal .seal the two sheets than the Aygo is waterproof! Aygo engines are most durabel i ever have seen ha ha they even work with no oil on the "dipstick"!! Incredibel!
Please for the love of god, as someone who constantly works on these cars. DO NOT BUY THEM. They have a shit ton of problems and i am actually surprised they still sell this shit.
i have exactly the same model.. I have one problem... I had the light of adblue on.. i filled the car with addblue but the light is not turning of.. i tried to reset the dashboard but nothing... its very strange cause the car is only one and half years old... 10.000 klm... Does anybody here have any solution for that? thank you guys!
The problem never start direct after refill! When you have refill the ad blue close and lock the doors ! Wait ten minutes or more than restart!! But to set the light back is now a job for a trained mechanic sorry!
