Best quality ever see in internet product Toyota car Made in japan Optimis you can do it best ever think in the world product technologi Thank you Made in video now in RU-vid make me positive thinking
The Japanese people are perfectionists. They have great attention to detail. You can see how much respect they have building cars and trucks. That’s why Toyota is one of the top brands of car. They last forever.
Their marketing strategy was build extremely consistent and long lasting products. And people would flock to the brand once people realize the cars are not going to break from normal use. I just bought my first toyota in Japan, check out my channel!
its called pride in not only the work but for the country! The japanese will suicide for japan. Would any american do that? We whine and complain to much
@@jcman240 Most people use a car to get from point A to B and not for thrills...if you need excitement, go to your nearest amusement park and ride a roller-coaster.
I like cars and have seen a lot of assembly plant videos. I am surprised by the cleanliness seen in the production line, the workers with white gloves and above all the silence and calm in the environment. Toyota quality is no accident.
@@jeraldford3494 last one I had was a 2005 silver camry, lasted me a long long time. Now I'm hooked on corolla, buying a 2022 model from japan, can't wait
Especially when you consider this is the biggest carmaker, so impressive how they get so many cars out while still maintaining quality. On my channel, I am going to drive to the Lexus factory in Japan, to see how the car I just bought was built.
My 2009 Tacoma is an absolute trooper and so much fun, I have put that truck through almost every element and it still goes strong. The Japanese take pride and care into so many things. I really respect their ingenuity, their hard work and reputation.
Tacomas are sick, but they are made in the USA. But they still have toyota consistency and quality. Any company that actually builds products to last are the companies I want to support
Not only cars are well made but the people work them where all like a well oiled machines...beautiful to watch. I was just finished watching how Hyundai car production and watch this...no comparison at all. That's why Toyota and Lexus is the best car in the World.
As a former contractor that worked in several GM plants in Michigan, all I can say is WOW ! The 🇯🇵plants are amazingly clean compared to the filthy dungeon environment in GMs plants. Moreover, I did not see any stoned or drunk employees spitting tobacco on the floors or no one sleeping with their boots off ! I wonder why Japan 🇯🇵 builds the best automobiles in the world ? Rhetorical question!!! 👍🇯🇵
Hahaha is it really that bad? I’m in Japan and in my city there is a jeep dealer. I don’t know why people buy them, but they think the brand is cool. But It makes me sad to see these guys pulled over on the side of the road broken down. I drive Toyota, and it never leaves me stranded.
For God so loved the world that He gave his only son, that whosoever believes on him should not perish, but have everlasting life...God loved us first, would you show your love to him. Repent and be converted. Now is the time for salvation, tomorrow may be too late
Just got my Japanese made toyota in a few days ago, the production quality is top notch all the gaps and lines are perfect not one rattle or squeek or anything
Best car manufacture on the planet. I will rep Toyota till the day I die. Every car I’ve opened minus one has been a Toyota and I have never ever been let down ever.
Toyota. Until you drive one you will never know what you are missing. Once you drive a Toyota, you will never want to drive any other car unless it's another Toyota..Thank you Toyota, thank you Japanese people for being so competent 1
true, every time I get in any other car whether it's rental or a friend's car, it just feels weird and so empty. Corollas & camry's are my world, I just ordered a 2022 model being shipped straight from japan.
i was sipping my cup of hot tea watching RR production.......to almost a heart attack watching these guys keeping up with the unstoppable production line while at the same time being absolutely composed.
@@Vinuk.2001 does your country has job offer from japan? If yes, try to apply if it suits your qualifications. One of the representatives of the Toyota Japan directly offered me a job and other students studying mechanical engrng
The quality control is out of these world I was amazed by the amount of attention to perfection every car get that rolls of this assembly line. No body Is seemed rushed.
I have a 2020 PRIUS L Eco. Super nice fit, finish, quality. In just 15 months, I have put 132,000 miles on it....and NO trouble, not a single issue. And I have averaged 82 MPG over that time. (I am a hypermiler) OEM Bridgestone tires went 82,000 miles. Fantastic car!
Notice how the workers handle each and every little detail in building these vehicles from scratch to a complete perfectley working automobile . Its amazing how the dicipline of the japanese people can be viewed when looking or driving a Toyota car .
Because they are not following the American capitalist factory line disposition where every single responsibility is demarcated to the point where any drunk or high school dropout can participate and contribute
Amazing watching the only reliable cars left on the planet being built in smaller batches by a company that constantly make their processes better for the consumer, not just cheapened or more cost effective.
Jesus is a sure foundation. When you build your life on Jesus you will not be moved. You may shake, you may bend but you will not break. Trust in the Lord, in His arms you will find salvation, peace, joy, wisdom, and protection. Praise the Lord, Hallelujah to the King
I use a 2004 Toyota Camry and it is still good, comfortable, all indicators function normally, there is no damage to the body. Toyota is easy to maintain, spare parts are everywhere. Toyota is the best. 👍
Thanks for the video, Toyota just about wrote the rule book on QC, and it shows , the attention to detail is superb. They may not be the most exciting cars, but boy do they work and deliver for many years.
After Deming came over after the war to help them rebuild the economy and taught them statistical quality control, something Detroit got into many years later.
Gordon Wedman Deming himself admitted Japan would have had mastered quality control with or without his help. Looks like you don’t know your QC history well enough.
Purchased my first Toyota here in Australia a new V6 SL Camry made in Japan ,after owning General Motors Holden cars all my life .The Toyota is the first car I have owned that nothing has been a problem beautifully made so happy with it wish I had changed to Toyota sooner .Congratulations to all the workers for there dedication.
And made in Japan is not Just Toyota and Honda. I feel people are missing out on a Mazda. Something about Mazda 3 and 6 make it more premium than the price.
Me and my family were always into buying American cars and trucks and they were always breaking down 😒.so one day I decided to switch to Toyota and let me tell you those are the best cars I ever had those cars can run forever so i also convinced my sisters and brothers and my parents to switch to Toyota too and now they're happy with their cars never gives them problems and their fuel efficient too. we are Toyota for life now 😁
I enjoy watching the German and Japanese auto plants. They all dress in uniforms- neat and clean. Compare this to the American auto plants where the workers wear whatever they want: cutoff shirts, Saturday lounge wear, and clothes you would wear to the grocery store on Sunday morning.
Motomachi Plant and Takaoka Plant are both located in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. The Motomachi Plant is also Toyota's most advanced plant, where new production technology is tested first.
It is interesting to see what actually goes on in a Toyota plant. All the famous stuff seems to be invisible. Kanban cards, just-in-time, visual management, the line stop button and the critical importance of takt time (all operations in a sequential assembly line need to take the same time). The line is famously clean. There is very little talking, just the whir of powered tools. Thanks for the video!
@@brotherdj777 God knows. The only faith you should be questioning is your own. Driving a line through a 45 degree turn is much more advantageous than driving a line through a 180 degree turn.
i have visited Toyota Aichi City plant in year 2019. It is a MUST to visit the Toyota Tour (free) but you need to make appointment in advance. Apart from factory tour, you can visit the small scale of Toyota Museum there too.
The Japanese people always think of giving quality products to the world. It is correct if they say that the Japanese people are the most honest people in this world.❤️❤️❤️❤️
