That's is not an extra tail light. Its rear fog lamp.

With Toyota, the car can be unlocked by just opening the door handle without touching the two lines on the handle, the sensor is behind the handle

Thanks for the info but after checking we have found out that on the raize we definitely have to press the two lines in order for the car to unlock
