@@bobafett2911 its not better, but its better to own, because its only going up in value, where as the a90 will go down in value for a while, till a bit after they stop making them. The a90 is technically superior in every way. Handling is far superior.
At first when I read all the comments saying the supra driver is shit I was like come on guys he's probably not that bad, but then I watched the video and yeah, he is that bad.
I personally like both cars, I think the A90 is the best evolution in style than any other concept made lately, because it looks like the A80 was "transported" directly from the 90s to today. Than obviously we can sit an talk hours about how Toyota could have refreshed the 2jz instead of asking BMW for one of their engines, but I mean, if a guy really wants a 2jz Mk5 he can stil swap out the original engine (if he ones a bit of money). Anyway, both great cars
I just love all the supras. Sure they have a lot of difference between them, but the design, the sound.. it's just awesome. Hope someday I have one too.
I'm pretty sure I can beat most of these guys in my Miata with only 150 hp. Not cuz my car is faster but none of these drivers know how to actually launch the cars that they're driving. I think we all can agree the MKIV driver was weak sauce and needs more time on the track (as we all did at one point) and the driver in the MKV is not utilizing the launch control. I've seen these new Supras launch pretty hard, so give me the keys and let me try.
Oh those mk5s do really good on the track , light wight and can easily be modified .. not bad for beginners 😍 I'm at downpipe and tune only and already surprised with its power .. next is methanol and flex fuel

Instead, I am starting to like the MK5 more than the MK4. And let me get this clear, I used to love the MK4 SOOOO much that it was my dream car. Now it is MK5. That's how much I love the MK5.

It's hard to launch a big turbo Supra, is not just revving and letting off the clutch. The turbo needs to be spooled just enough to have traction, basically he is moderating the turbo PSI with his foot, try it sometime, is not easy.
