Toyota Supra Vs. Kia Stinger GT 1/4 Mile - 2 Races 

ha, I never let up , I'm trying to break thru the floor, hoping it'll go faster. ha... you have a stinger right ? I get similar replies, but I have YET to see anyone show me another Stingers run being under 12.9 Truly Stock ? We all agree various factors affect times.. Another new Stinger friend I made was at TMP (the park I get better times at in my first 9 min. video), and he got best of 13.7 out of 4 runs. He doesn't know why, he did launch control right and stuff... so ... but I will be sad I am not getting under 13 more regularly, if anyone can provide proof that's what others are getting truly stock.. please double check and find those links and share it or email it to me, friend.

@@rpmautoreviews9249 I will create a video of my stock runs with those time slips. The slowest I ever ran without traction issues was 13.1 @ 108 mph. That was 100% stock though. I have video of every single run I have ever done. I will post that so you can see.

@@LearningFast do you go to the track with half a tank or ? I can take the tire out, but don't bother too.. what's the temp where you are ? do you have gt1 or 2 rwd or awd ? Mine is the GT2 version in Cda awd

I have gotten 5 runs under 13.1 so far. I gotta get out to the other track that is better prepped, but it's further and busier.

@@rpmautoreviews9249 I have had two separate Stingers. My first was a RWD GT2. I had 4 bone stock runs on a good track but it was slightly warm that day. Every run was 13.0 or better. I have an AWD GT2 now. It is fully loaded so it is the heaviest you can get. It ran 12.95 @ 108 mph in moderate conditions. However, I have a JB4 on it now so it runs 12.2-12.3 even in hot 🥵 conditions.

It's them 2 small turbos get it off the line so good then they run outta puff.

TMP is open tomorrow as well. Man, when I saw the line up going in on a rainy day, I can only image the #of cars there on a nice day.. pay $50 for 3-4 runs max ??? plus 4 hrs round trip drive.. I'm iffy on it... Maybe Wed. will be less busy ?

also, maybe the heat and humidity caused me lower times this day. was averaging 13.4, when I should avrg. 13.1 max... even end of day with lots less fuel weight in car, was getting 13.3 to 13.6 ... wtf ?

2600 DA.. but this track, everyone gets worse times. Was at another track and I get better numbers there, more consistent in the very low 13's... was there last night checking runs with my snorkel air scoops in.. check out vids coming out with that to see if my numbers improved.. coming out soon

I have twice at another track before this race and 3 times more at that other track after this race and 4 times just yesterday at this track, with taking out spare and tire kit (aprx 100lbs less) , and sprayed cool water on intercooler, and new plugs are 1 colder and tighter gap :-) got down to 12.869 :-)

@AWDGT2 you would blow his doors off. I would even blow his doors off with basically no mods. They can get pretty quick though. A modded Supra could give you a run for your money.

You guys are funny 😄 a stinger is at least 1 or 2 class levels lower than a Supra.

New New one has 368HP, but my Stinger is the U.S. Equivelent of GT2 AWD. in Canada in 2019 it's called GT "Limited" as top of the line fully loaded model and they're all AWD up here. I likely have 370HP, if adding the Snorkels and K & N filters do at least something

@@cencalstinger4021 I seem to be getting .25 sec. better times and very Consistently at that !! so seem to work well.. Check out my few races posted within 3 weeks time stamp for snorkel in races.. in some videos I do mention if snorkels were in or out for reference
