Silicone baking sheet is for baking cookies. You put it on the cookie sheet sticky side down and then you put you cookies on it and it helps keep them from sticking without oils, etc. and it helps keep them from burning.
that baking sheet is amazing, u dont need to choose a side to use it one, u just put it on your pan and throw cookies or what ever and it wont burn the bottom!!! there life savers when my step dad lost it i could tell...
I bake with a lot of silicone bakeware. It's nice because it doesn't retain heat like metal does. Items stop baking as soon as they are removed from the oven. Of course, if there is a metal pan under the silicone liner, whatever you bake will continue to heat until the metal cools (unless you remove the liner).
Hey Jack, just wanted to comment on the Viewer Mail from today. Basically what that person was saying is that the protien breaks down in the eggs, and is filled in by the protien in the milk. What this does is makes your eggs more full and fluffy. Hope that helps.
The OneTouch can-opener is GREAT - until it runs out of batteries in the middle of opening a can! I use mine all the time. But as soon as it starts moaning about opening a can, change the batteries! I want one of those strainers! That cup measure is genius! Baking sheet liner instead of baking paper under cookies. If you find silicone bowl covers (instead of lids or saran wrap), please test them out and show me how to attach if they get wet from steam.
Those baking sheet liners are AMAZING! When you make cookies or something similar, you'll never have problems taking your cookies of your cookie sheet.
As well as baking the silicone mat can be used to roll out pastry on. I have one for baking and one I roll out my fondant on hen decorating cakes. They are non stick :)
You can use baking sheet liners to roll out a dough on and you can line them on your baking sheet as replacement for parchment paper or buttering the baking sheet and unlike parchment paper it can be used over and over again. The sticky side of the baking sheet liner is the back of it. It makes sure it doesn't move while you're rolling a dough out on it.
i bought my chopping mats at the flea market / swap meet. Not sure what you guys call it. it's an outdoor market. You can get them at any kitchen supply store.
okay about the eggs the milk makes them stay fluffy, hence the milk fills the space after the eggs breakdown, so the milk keeps the eggs nice big and fluffy instead of flat and lifeless
If I would rate these Christmas Toys - the first place would take the chopping matts, the 2nd - measuring cup, and the third - those bamboo spoons. Happy cooking ;))))
For the baking sheet liner: You can use it in place of spraying down your cookie sheets with vegetable spray. Shiny/sticky side down. It's supposed to be non-stick.
The one-touch ran out of batteries in the middle of a can again! It is such a pain to get loose! BUT - we were using rechargable batteries and have now switched to "old-fashioned" batteries in hopes that we then get time to notice the batteries are low before the dang thing gets stuck on a can again!
sorry for the scare. I am glad it's the audio and not the video that is scaring you. LOL All the youtube partner channels autoplay. It's a built in feature.
white christmas? walking in a winter wonderland? chestnuts roasting on an open fire? man, i wanna win so bad i googled christmas songs to find the names of the ones i like..hahaha..
You should be able to make hot meals to put in those cake pan things. Might not keep the heat in very well, but still an easy way to transport eg. lasagna.
LOL jack. To put it in easier terms, the milk fills in where that protein would otherwise dissipate. In otherwords, it makes for a thicker, fluffier omlette :)
@beccaE333 I don't know the name. I would check out any kitchen store like Bed Bath and Beyond. print out a screen shot of me holding it and show them.
Jack you had demo on a plastic holder for a plate to put in the microwave so you won't get burn when you take the food out please tell me where I can get it thank you.
You put the liner on a metal cookie sheet like you would wax paper when you're baking cookies to prevents sticking but it's washable so you never have to buy wax paper again...
I'm not sure if I'm the only one that has this problem, but when I go to your channel I always get the crap scared out of me because the latest video autoplays. No matter how much I try to remember I am always caught off guard. It always seems to be when I have my speakers full blast too. Anyways, I was just wondering if there was a way to make it not do that, or is it something all RU-vid channels do? Yours is the only one I really go to so I haven't experienced this elsewhere.
Gracias por enseñarnos las herramientas nuevas que hay en el mercada para cocinar y enseñarnos lo que si funcionan y cuales no, además me gusta las respetas que pone, sigue así 😃
