If we reset Syrotech router & just plug in fiber cable in it & also lan cable to tp link router. Then can it work or not. ( did u get it what I'm trying to say)
I have 60 MBPS plan from BSNL FTTH. Currently using FiberNet Small ONU/ONT router. My speed hovers between 40-50 MBPS on WiFi and there is no signal after going about 15m away from that router. Should I switch to this particular router , or any other suggestions you can give me please??😭😭😭😭😭
Hi does TP-Link Archer AC1200 Archer C6 has the bandwidth control feature? If not then which router I should purchase? BHARAT FIBER is the provider and Optilink is the single band router.
Normal router will support speeds upto 100mbps and gigabit will support upto 1.0gbps(1000mbps), normal routers do provide good speed upto 70mbps but above that gigabit is preferable acc to me.
Sir.... Can you please tell the exact length of the cables provided in the box i.e, Cat-5 cable and Power adapter cable... It wiuld be very helpful for me if you help... Thank you
Thank You very Much. I was searching for a way where I could extend the modem of my Fibre connection. FInally found my answer here. I have one question though. WE can also set up the PPPoE connection on the router instead of using the Dynamic IP? Why did you not do that?
Yes you can, you can ge through this ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YsZVw1YKzSE.html well I have bsnl connection so the telephone setup needs to be done through static ip service which is not available in tplink for that why I'm on dynamic ip
@@TechRacer bro I m using bsnl fibre service of 30mbps plan and I don't know my ISP type. While setting up the router the auto connect feature is not there. What to do ?
Well! Try using it for a day, if you are okay then keep it, but keep in mind the long term use of it, the things you are going to use on daily basis, features and all
@@TechRacer i have a 100 mpbs connection at present ,if i plan to upgrade to 300 mpbs or 500 mpbs in future ,will C6 be sufficient or should i purchase AX10?? Like will there be a noticeable wifi speed diff btw both?
I have a 200Mbps bsnl fiber plan. Should I go for this router or any other router. Please reply. Currently I am using digisol onu/ont wifi router. And i am getting around 110 Mbps average speed on direct LAN connection. Wifi speed hovers between 80 Mbps. 😭
@@TechRacer dude its connected to Port 2 only and I am getting download speeds around 120 Mbps ans Upload speeds around 130 Mbps. 2 other devices are connected to WIFI as well.
Okay, then there might be problem from BSNL, if the connection cannot pull 200 then it would be same even if buy this router, best would be to first check with BSNL for this issue and once it resolves go for this one, it will work.
Hey! I have a bsnl optic fibre connection (60mbps plan). I am using a 2.4 ghz router and getting a speed of 35-40mbps. Speed is good but high ping in gaming and less wifi coverage area. I am going to brought this tp link router. Will it get 5ghz by connecting it to old 2.4 ghz router?. And also will get good ping in games and more coverage area.pls reply.
Well RJ 11 is a telephone cable, and RJ 45 is a LAN one, no you cannot use RJ11 in this router for more info watch this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DbIkHCtHuiQ.html
Not really it goes above that as well, depends upon the number of obstacles in between, I could easily get it in the room exactly below above and aside of the router
Excellent demo.. Plz guide .. I am a old age non tech person .. can I procure this for BSNL fibre connection - for wifi - smart tv - wifi laptop use? they are telling some dual band G/EPON ont router - for bharat fibre which is very very confusing. If possible plz guide
Yes you can get the one from bsnl also, but the performance will not be equivalent to tplink for sure, if you get some price cut then go for single band and add this tplink as extender else it will work with the other one as well.
Hi, My main bsnl fiber router is 2.4 ghz . Suppose i buy this router and connect it to my main router using Lan in bridge mode , will i be able to get dual band functionality? i want to ask can i just use my main 2.4ghz router as modem only and this as wifi router with dual band? please reply,
Great video bro.. Just 1 question.. Bro I have a 100 Mbps plan. Currently I am using a D-Link N150 router and getting max speed approx 20-25 Mbps. My ISP told me to get this one.. How much speed can I expect using this on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands?
Yes mostly, because they usually keep 10% speed as buffer so user gets what promised, for eg Airtel, BSNL( if good line) whereas jio strictly sticks to the speeds as per my knowledge.
Hi. There are 4 LAN ports but the indicator lights for those LAN ports is one, then how will we able to find if any one of the LAN port stops working? Pls reply
Yes, you can but keep in mind 1gbps speeds are possible on wired connections on wifi you will get upto 600-800mbps throughput, for better wifi go with wifi 6 routers.
@@TechRacer thanks for your reply. I am confused with the terms 867Mbps at 5Ghz and 300Mbps at 2.4Ghz, what they mean? And what the term gigabit port trying to indicate? Pls reply
@@TechRacer Oh also, why do many people switch off the smart connect feature ? I mean, isn't it good if the router can automatically switch to the better network when I'm closer to it ??
Not at all, very stable connections, I have like 12 devices running simultaneously all the time, try resetting it once, or check the client device once
Disconnection issues xan occur if you use the two routers or modem simultaneously in wireless router mode In same network If you have fiber ont and want to use tplink and that simultaneously Use tplink in acces point mode it will fix the issue Or disable ont and use router
Hi man, I got my Archer C6U a few days back but I am unsure if it has OneMesh technology (which I am afraid there is not). Can you please confirm? And kudos to you for replying to all comments even now.
Thank you, well it does support one mesh but the only condition is that you have to pair it up with other one mesh device only, so you need to buy other router or repeater which supports one mesh.
Yes, it does work, only thing is that you should have an ONT already, more info watch this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dBnGNPzLtCA.html
When I finish setting up the router, will I still be able to use my company's modem WiFi signal for the Internet at the same time as the router signal?
Okay, you can go for it no issues, but it is worth only if you are planning to have 100+mbps of plan in future, else other ones can suffice your needs at 60mbps
Well it totally depends upon the type of area, if you have less walls may be better than others, but in terms of rest functionality, build, UI, features, reliability definitely archer c6, although not commenting about tenda as I haven't used it but, archer is good option
me ne bsnl ka 30mbps wla plan liya hai or speed test krn k bd 25mbps dekhr but mera download speed actualy 3-4 mpbs de ra , mko smj ni aa ra ye chiz thik hai ki glt hai , kya ism sirf itn hi speed dega hmesa , ya ye speed glt hai .. plz btye????????????
3-4 MB/s barabar hai kyuki mbps aur MBps me farak hai, aapke plan ko jab divide karoge by 8 utni speed milni chahiye 30÷8=3.75 MB/s so proper hai koi issue nai
@@TechRacer No actually you can set a specific device to "High Priority". It is not listed under QoS settings(although it needs QoS to be enabled). One can find it on clicking their specific device under clients. There is present the High Priority check-box. This is probably the reason he missed it.

Awesome video bro, I have a plan for 300 mbps (act storm), so will I get full 300 mbps speed in this router like I get when I directly the ethernet cable to my laptop??
Well If you ask about flipkart when I purchased the picture was of v2 and they shipped v3 as you can see, go with amazon they will definitely ship v3 because v2 is now a days is almost out of stock
@@TechRacer thanks bro I just installed a week ago and my plan is 100mbps and I'm getting just 50mbps through wifi and 120-150mbps through cable. Do you recommend some other router also? My budget us is 5000 rs.
Bro I have same router and the problem is my asus max prom m1 do not show 5ghz but rest of my family members mobile shows 5ghz and 2.4 ghz... But for my my mobile shows only 2.4ghz...any idea why my mobile do not show...??? Can u help me?
Hi, im planning to bsnl fiber connection. Is this tplink archer c64 works for that as i wanted to connect directly from router to my system using lan cable. Can it be possible? Or should i buy another modem? Suggest me a best modem please.
Well then no need of buying any router as such the ont which they provide during installation would work best for you if you are connecting through lan.
For optical fiber there aren't many choices for modems although syrotech is good no issues, no connection drops nothing, works 24/7 at my place, but not good for wifi through put
