Excellent review! Only some people cover features like all the AI settings, and even fewer actually test these features and show their viewers the tests. At best, they mention the AI features briefly. They basically read the information on the camera's box. Most cameras are the same image-wise in a price range. AI accuracy and speed will range from laughable to amazingly good. Viewers cannot get that info from reviewers reading what a manufacturer states on the box. I do not want notifications for someone in my backyard because it started raining or an insect flew by the camera! Imou, I'm looking at you! SMH Keep up the good work!
Either a micro SD card, an NVR, or a subscription to their cloud plan-or any combination of these options. I guess you can use it to view only live camera video, but that would be a waste of this camera's capabilities. Any number of really cheap cameras could do that for way less money. I recommend dropping a $10 to $20 micro SD in your cart before you check out and pay. You will get a lot more out of the camera.

I bought the C220, was going to buy the C225 but then i saw the C220 on sale black friday and it had all the things i needed. The C225 got some more minor features like 149° vertical while the C220 have 114° vertical. Both have great alarms with high sound. But the C220 can record in 2k QHD up to 30fps while i've read the C225 only got 15fps which seems odd because it's the same camera the C225 just has more night vision features but can also turn REALLY quick which is great for tracking moving objects. The C225 is on sale right now where i live (Denmark) and cost the same as the C220, so if you can find the C225 for a low price, buy it or take the C220 i LOVE it compared to the C200 i have. Was getting to many false messages the C220 fixed that. 👌
@@mehakvazhayil2150 It got loop mode so it can record forever by just record over the old video when the card is full, i have a 126gb in my C200 which still have 68gb free space and it have been recording for 3 months but it's rare it have to record anything, my C220 which is placed at my front door record more but I pay for Tapo premium on that for the online free cloud and push notifications so I get send a picture/video to my phone or Smartwatch when it record something.
hey! do you need to be connected to the same wifi as the camera to access the liveview or footage or does it work if you are connected to a different network on ur phone too? ( basically if your not home can you still access the camera feed through any internet connection ?) without subscription of the tapo cloud
