This is a panel I believe belongs to the PHILIPS because the schematic is identical to the model: DVD Receiver MX2600/55. The panel also make use one processor HT48R05A from HOLTEK Link code: "github.com/ems..."

With all segments lit: Filaments = 90mA Logic circuit = 8mA Convert DC/DC = 100mA Arduino is powered by connector USB from PC, but is not relevant! I hope I helped.!
@@localixdots9698 This VFD already has the collector to protect the phosphor! Without exceeding the filament consumption that I indicated previously and keeping the VEE voltage close to -27V, I would say that it is guaranteed to last a good ten years!
