Yup, the magic was with Clattenburg. TPB was at it's best when bubs was just "the smartest guy in the park" quoting Plato and shit.

I don't think its his on screen contributions that ruined it.. It was his off screen non sense.. Clearly alcoholism was an issue, as well as his personality.. But the new seasons were fine.. The only change was clatenburg not being present.. Witch didn't bug me cause I never thought most of his stuff was funny! They all contributed in the old days, Barry dunn was way more influential to the original seasons.. And he'd of wanted them to keep going.. Mike refused, that's why they had too sue for the show! He was an asshole, by all accounts.. Black Jesus suffered a similar TPB life, almost identical! But short.. But slowly the main characters left.. Then after Charlie and John died, it was FIN.. TPB did not, and will not miss a step without Mike Clattenburg.. Sorry! Just sick of hearing his name, when he had no more to do (creatively) then John, John Paul, Robb, Mike Smith, or Barry. Hell Corey and Trevor even helped more than the credits state!!! All 3. Of the boys characters were from pre clattenburg.. He produced, more than anything.. So If he liked/disliked something.. He had the final say! That's it.. (In comparison to the others contributions)

Ive loved TPB for its entire life, almost all of mine! Im 31.. So I was 8 when it came out? But I would never buy anything food/beverage/marijuana related from them.. Unless it was too collect it! Because that's what it's for, someone who is going to collect them and never eat em.. Just my opinion! But ya, dont buy anything with a non booze/food related name attached.. If it's from a non famous chef? Its prib a money grab..
