I spent like a month convincing myself I didn't need these. Couldn't pass up on the bundle crazy good deal. The plastic button makes more sense I feel like metal would be slippery. Haven't used many tools but these are my best pickup I'm very pleased with them. Dropping my review next week waiting on the trimmer to come in.
Good liking design and ergonomics my friend! Always appreciate the truth that you speak. In this world it is rare to find a real person that do t hide behind a company but actually speaks up for your own company and not having someone else do it or write your speech. That reflective mirror-like coating on the blade is the reason andis been around for so long. The mock models of their blades that other carriers have can’t compete. They want to recreate the andis blade with the matte finish but don’t realize that reflective coating is just unmatched. I love andis and love the fact TPOB keeps elevating their products the way they are.
TPOB, thank you for the package deal on the XO trimmer/clipper. I had initially only purchased the trimmer and then saw the combo deal , so I ordered one for myself and one for my barber teacher. I already own Andis Masters cordless and SC Rebel clippers, so I can say for certain that the XO is one of the best clippers available and the price is outstanding. Key points: longer battery life, USB C charging capability (allowed me to use magnetic charger to make life even easier), premium guards (the 0.5 and 1 are great) comparable if not better build quality, quieter and less expensive than both other clippers (the combo set cost about the same as the SC Rebel alone) and I was surprised to find that it weighs close to the Rebel. The trimmer is outstanding as well and I love the blade on it and again quieter than my Babyliss and Andis trimmers. I think many influencers/reviewers have done you a disservice. That is, your products definitely should be included in the list of Best Products in 2024. Keep up the great work and thank you for saving the barber community money. You are appreciated.

Xo isn't just the best combo for the money, xo is the best combo there is , Tpob is making the changes this industry needs, barber's tools are def headed in the wrong direction, barbers go green & don't look back , quit paying extra for overpriced garbage when these pearls are available, it's common sense really
Similar to @kaltheBarber, I too kept telling myself that I didn’t need these. But when I saw that bundle discount on amazon i was like “ok TPOB, You got me”. Also picked up that single foil slime green metal body shaver. Looking forward to getting those in.
Its so true, all these chinese clippers come with a usb C port. But these sneaky... always put a usb-A to usb-C inside 'cause they already know a decent usb-c to -c won't work. I honestly can't stand when leading brands don't add a lightning c port but give one of those 20 year old DC bricks. I just want one charger and a USB c to c cable to charge every damn wireless electronic device in the house. So again TPOB is the trendsetter and finally does something decent. The haters just don't know the basic electronics. Just see a USB c shaped hood and don't have any idea what's under the hood. Comparing TPOB with cheap chinese brands is just ridiculous. #tpob
TPOB has everything a company needs to be huge, good quality, good branding but I think the only thing holding it back is the owner and how sensitive he is to questions and criticism towards the products specially with customers and people looking to buy. Hope he gets better at that because I would like to see this company go big.
I only cut my own hair and my son’s hair but I still take a ton of pride in it. All I know is. Is that I will be getting an XO when I get paid a week from now. And then after that I will be getting the trimmers.
In Seancuts hair review, he nicknamed the black 1 the Darth Vader. Would’ve been a sweet name for it if it wasn’t already semi taken by the supreme vaders. Plus Disney would try to sue, wanting their cut
Not for sure what's going on with my clippers but. I received a XO clipper from Amazon(US) that will not charge on the dock. Asked for a replacement, because I really love the clipper feel and looks, and I still have the same problem with the replacement. 8 plus hours and still not charged.
Can tell everyone for free, I got the Kemei version out of curiosity and to see if I liked the shape. Terrible blade, I had to put a XO blade on it. Taper lever was horrendous, had to make it floating. Good motor but no where near the quality of an XO
