I'm trying to learn Russian through input but I don't understand anything. I think it's going nowhere. They say that though repetition I shall learn but what if you don't understand nothing?

I'm feeling discouraged. I did okay with the first two videos of TPRS, but this one I just cannot get. I feel like in learning Russian I have gotten to a point where I just can't make that leap to the next level. I just can't seem to process what is being said by native speakers. It just sounds so fast, even when you speak slowly like this. Any suggestions?
