An In Depth Install and First Impressions! of the Trac Seats Suspension Kit on my Kubota Z-421. I included some misteaks I made along the way as well in hopes of saving y'all some time if you're adding this to your mower. It works so much better than I had imagined as well! I'm very impressed and beyond pleased with the purchase. They make these kits for MANY different mowers. The link below is directly for this mower (Kubota Z421), but other models fit other machines, just make sure you check your bolt pattern and it matches which one you select. I have a Z421, just order Trac Seat and installed a week ago. I highly recommend a Trac Seat, so much better ride. Due to your video, I took some shortcuts and had installed in 1 hr 15 mins. Thanks for your video.

I put this on my cub cadet. I just want to say that not only is it a game changer but the company is great. They offer spacers for my mower and I ordered 4 instead of 8. They have since shipped me an extra 4 at no cost. Well worth the investment on mowers and a great company.

Just finished installing one on my z421. Your video was a huge help. The only mod I did was to enlarge the hole for the safety switch.

Installed it. Works great but only problem.Im 6'5 and my head is close to the rollback. The suspension adds like 3 inches.

@@bigmike1556 yeah I had to move my levers up as high as they would go. I don’t usually keep my rollover bar up, my yard is pretty flat

Thanks for the video. Very informative. Just had back surgery and my Husqvarna zero turn beat the shit outta me before, let alone after the surgery. Buddy of mine is a landscaper that swears by Ferris mowers. Was considering getting one but your comment at the end sold me on this suspension kit. Lot cheaper and easier than buying a zero turn and then having to talk my brother into buying my old mower. Thanks !!

Thanks for the video. I added one of these to my z411. What a huge difference it makes. Took me about 3 hours. The hole to route the seat safety switch cable is too small, so I filed it to make it work. It came out great.

I use a "Purple" brand seat cushion on my Kubota mowers (Z421, ZD331LP). It really makes a big difference. I thought about doing this install before but haven't felt the need since trying the cushion.

Also want to thank you allot for video. , I installed it with the slide tracks on top of suspension and wasn't happy, it wasn't allowing seat to work properly and holes didn't align . Know after watching your video I can install it properly. And save my back.😊

Great video instructions. My only confusion was where to put all the washers. My parts kit came with lock washers and flat washers and the included instructions were pretty vague.

I can’t remember what I did as far as washers go. I want to say I just messed with them till it fit. I might not have even used all of them.

Not sure why you didn’t just spend the extra money and buy the next model with the suspension like I did. If you’re going to spend over 10k like I did for my own home on a lawn mower… what’s the problem spending $600 more at that point?😂

Thanks! It’s a Dttach Manufacturing front hitch. I use it for my KartMate but I also move my small trailer around with a regular trailer hitch I can just throw in it real fast. Here’s a link to thier website, just have to find out which fits for your mower. Looks like your seat would bottom out when you would hit bumps, I know by now you probably tightened up the spring because you don’t want to bottom out.

@@michaelmactavish4445 I saw that AC cab in person at GIE last year. It’s freaking awesome. Didn’t get in but it looks cool. Only downfall is I really only see it being practical in big open fields or open yards with no trees to go around.

The instructions are terrible and the video is worse. There are a lot of additional adjustments that have to be made so that it will fit correctly.

Great suspension seat I installed it on my Ultima ZT2 cadet $180 dollar with spacers the best investment for my zero turn so far it was super easy to install about one hour really talking my time 🔬🎯🫡💯
