Being a Marine with multiple tours under my belt I have a deep appreciation for these songs. I got one for you to react to, “They call me Doc” by Walker McGuire. It breaks me every time I listen to it.
Thank you Tasha it is different with the military singing with him. The line 21 and scared to death always gets to me because my daddy fought in Vietnam twice. I’m honored to be part of the Country gold in the Patreon especially with Tasha she has such a heart and it shows when she does reactions
God bless our Blue Star (family deployed), Silver Star (family wounded one combat) and Gold Star (family killed in combat) families. Our military families deserve our love and support. This reaction reminded me of how different my world is compared to the rest of the US. I grew up an Air Force brat in the DC area. Both the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery are only miles away from where I grew up and where I live now. The sacrifice that men and women have been making for this country over the past 250 years was something that I viewed regularly growing up. I am blessed to pass that message along to my teenage son.
As a 22 year retired Air Force veteran this song means a lot. The West Point choir gets me. Beautiful song. Thanks Tasha for this and your kind words! 😊🌹🌹🌹
TNT Country music is the roots to most of the music that is out there country has its roots to all the music that is out there I don’t care if you are talking country, rock, blues, pop, opera, yes and even classical and many more this is only a small list of music that has the country roots running through the dna of music TNT keep up the great channel and keep all this great content going thank you again Aaron Ps I am a member of your channel I pushed the subscribed and I will be back
I met Trace in the early 2000nds and he is one of the most down to earth artist that I've met he autographed my acoustic guitar and we chatted briefly about being from Louisiana and we both had worked off shore and at one time but he has always supported our veterans and this performance was iconic but that's Trace
Wonderful and emotionally real reaction, Tasha. That's why I love watching your channel, because you're real, and relatable. I think it would be amazing to be one of your neighbors and hang out at a cookout. Keep up the great work, and thanks from a Marine vet in Arkansas. ❤️❤️❤️
love watching you guys the reactions are genuine. John Anderson is one of my favorites and would love to see you react to Seminole Wind. Thanks for the channel.
I’m a new subscriber I like this video and the reactions to family guy and South Park! One country song with patriotic meaning is “Ragged Old Flag” by Johnny Cash
Arlington is an amazing military tribute by Trace Adkins. From being a military child there is so much more or maybe different meanings from some songs and for me Arlington is one of them. I'd like you to listen to it however I'd appreciate it if you'd look up what Arlington is first so you can really understand what Arlington means to so many. 😘😘❤
So beautifully put. I totally agree with your analysis of the importance of Country music. I love the fact that your a Black woman who is trying to close the gap between folks. I feel like there are alot of people in the spotlight like celebrities and Politicians trying on purpose to create insurmountable division between races. They can't win if we see our common grounds, we desperately need people of different backgrounds to come together and be our uniters. You're doing God's work.....keep it up yall!!!
Could you please react to “The four walls of Raiford”? The first time I heard it was by Lynyrd Skynyrd then Jamey Johnson did it. Both versions are amazing! It’s about coming home from war. It gets me every time I hear it.
Tissues Needed! First verse of this amazing song pays tribute to the Civil War Soldiers. Tasha, Please React to: Arlington (official video) Too many today, do not know the historical importance of Arlington’s sacred land.
Made me cry too. What REALLY makes me cry, is they way the gov’t is doing our soldiers in Afghanistan and the Americans there. Have they died in vain???? God….please help our soldiers and the American’s left behind. Thank you for reacting to this. You’re reaction is so genuine and sweet and I appreciate your words. You’re so right about how crazy the world has gotten. We all can come together over music, & that’s why I watch you! We have to love one another and stop letting the craziness to break us apart. God bless you
If you ever want to react to war genre movies, or just watch for yourself, a couple of excellent opportunities are "Saving Private Ryan" and "Band of Brothers", which is a ten episode series.
Didn't know you were going to do the original version too it's a beautiful song either way but that live version really hits you right in the gut and we both were looking for a kleenex
