The guy on the motorbike is Kenny Ireland. One of Victoria Woods band of merry men and Benidorm actor (amongst many other things), who sadly died recently.

@ohnoitisnathan12 Equally, They Don't Know is virtually a note for note copy of Kirsty's original. In fact, for the Tracey Ullman version, they even left in Kirsty's "BABY" call.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the exact same recording released by Kirsty MacColl, with Kirsty's lead vocals removed (but not her harmonies) and Ullman's lead vocals overdubbed.
