Good question Stan. Not that I can tell, but in my case, it's the double-sided tape (pre-taped from Slotcar Corner). When Scott helped me dial in the track after the move, we did a deep clean, not just a 'maintenance wipe', and nothing came undone, even in all the joints/drops I had to redo. I don't suspect it would be an issue, we're just wetting the rag enough to clean, not much should soak through the braid.
