thank you for showing how the changes can be tracked. Only inconvenience i have is that when you have a long bulletlist for exemple: you have to read the whole list of click on every word to see if there were changes. Is there a possibility to highlight the changes made by a colleague? Wish you a great day.
Short answer - No. Long answer Loop components are NOT a replacement for regular, formal documents. These are smaller units of documents (like list, table, paragraph) etc. The primary goal is quick and easy collaboration, and co-authoring. For more formal work, use a shared Word document with Track Changes. In the sharing dialog, choose Review option. That way you will get complete track changes for all editors. You can filter changes by one or more authors in the Review menu.
Thank you, very good to know. My team is in multiple domains... Can I use Loop components in a Word document, via sharing the link, to get similar results to what you showed?
Thanks @billblanchette3604 Loop can be used only within a domain right now. Try Lists. Lists support external sharing (it is basically SharePoint). Check out my other best practices videos as well.
