Thanks for the little bit of love for the field, what was really cool was you caught a school record. The mental game is one of the toughest aspects of any sport, but especially in track. You are always on an island, so your disappointments stand out. With high expectations comes disappointment, don’t let the ultimate goal be your only goal, don’t bypass the present enjoy the ride to the top, sometimes the transportation to the top breaks down so you have to walk, breathe, focus, stay connected to the positive surroundings, and when you finally get to the top enjoy it because it’s just the beginning! Failure is the fuel to success!

You are amazing, I know track seems like life and death but try not to stress too much, at the end of the day you are running in circles have fun!

Trust the process, try to not put so much pressure on yourself! Also I was wondering if maybe you could record some longer distance events as well, as a fellow mid distance runner I understand that they may seem long and somewhat boring events to watch but I’d rly appreciate that!
