@@rl1237 I’ve seen evil and as Heinous as this incident may look I will insure you that this is not evil. What you see in that video is a crime of passion done out of perceived Desperation coupled along with the willingness to protect/prove loyalty. What they did was wrong and quite frankly both should never walk the streets again, “BUT” I wholeheartedly believe that although we may never prevent all of these incidents through reallocating “Some” funding towards prevention programs instead of policing, overfunding heavy handed police budgets has already proven not to work.
