If you murder an unarmed person with a gun in Texas, it should be an automatic death penalty after you are found guilty. The jury shouldn't have to decide that, it should be automatic. You see how easy that was? Let's make this happen! Abbott, get to work!

There is nothing wrong with that same person using that firearm to defend himself and his family from a violent criminal.
