Excellent video! Unlike most videos I've seen on other channels it's not just a superficial or extremely slow explanation, giving loads of unnecessary details, where you do not actually learn anything - or much. Here all explanations are to the point. The video is superbly structured and the explanations are very clear.
Yes. With the weight on your back a conisitent heal strike expresses more deeply w/ longer heal drags & more of them when the subject looks lft or right. W/ the burden up front, toes tend to splay outward creating a more exagerrated outward pitch w/ a higher frequency & length of toe drag. A prominent problem with determining wait rather than weight distribution is inconsistent tracking medium. Sand to loam to pine thatch, or a general mix of substrates makes it hard w/o dirt time in each.

Primitive Skills how much would the depth and definition of the track change if say the individual was wearing moccassins or was stalking with moccassins as it's a rounder sided and more even pressure than even say a bare foot?
Really liked the description about entering and exiting a vehicle. With pressure releases it is almost impossible to fake a direction of the track if you know what you are looking for.
