#ESASummer19 Speedruns - Trackmania Nations Forever [All Tracks (No E05)] by Wirtual Wirtual / wirtual This video was recorded live at ESA Marathon. ESA Marathon is a Speedrunning Event held in Sweden twice a year.
Sure, but he isn't playing here, he is just adding knowledgeable commentary. He was a good player on Online and LAN settings, so you can separate the cheating and other parts of this situation, like his actual skill level or knowledge about the game. Him lying was ridiculous though.
It was bullshit what he did, but I still dont think he deserved to loose everything he lost. He was young and did few stupid shits and all treat him now like he was some sh1thead, even tho he was REALY skilled player and a funny guy. I geniuenly miss his streams. Guys talk about him like the cheating is all what he did, but this guy could square up with literaly anyone even without cheating, he was in TMGL for crying out loud. TM was literaly his life, that is what led him and Trabadia to those lenghts, they just wanted perfection and seeked aprooval of the community. It was shity to do this - yes, did he deserve to get completely banned from the game and loose his career as a streamer, that did geniuenly "go to" streams almost everyday for me - i realy dont think so.
i had a time where i played nothing else. the community was so great back then. and on lan parties, everyone had 1 hour to build an annoying map, or trick map etc. good times. the only experience was amazing. so many clans and servers with totally sick maps.
20:42 sums up the whole thing. The crowd has no idea how hard it is to pull of the things he is showing while everyone who played tm must have had their mind blown by some of the stuff
This is probably my fourth time watching Wirtual speedrun this game over two different videos and I am still blown away by his consistency on the tracks since a lot of them are very counter-intuitive and weird at times other than the user-made maps I usually play.
@@andlarse Yes, Stadium. Check out this for example: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rWVrmdyema8.html you need the RPG titlepack, but that´s a free download.
Really really happy to see some action within the TM community, loved the game since the first track i've played and i still love it to this day. It's so easy to play for every one, not to hard and it can get as competitive as you want. I find it sad that TM is not as big anymore as it used to, it still has so many awesome features that other (even AAA) games dont have
i started playing this game as a little child on my dads pc, even tho i enjoy it alot, this video brought me back to it with all of its information to improve my gameplay. so much i didnt know about.
Man, I remember this game so much. Well, not this particular version. I was one of those guys who plonked down $60 for Trackmania United Forever. But they're pretty much the same game, TMUF just has all the old environments from previous Trackmania titles in addition to the Stadium environment. I also actually created one of the first RPG tracks for TM2 Canyon, Deserts of Taros.
I remember playing this game when I was 5 years old and this brought back so many great memories 😁 This was beautiful to watch and the commentary was amazing!
Nice to see that the TM community is still going strong. The first games were a huge part of my childhood. I was sad when I started Canyon recently and no one was online.
Canyon golden times were short and shiny. Back then with the best online platforming and other great maps. Or the pursuit mode where there were Team Blue chasing Team Red, if you are catched you joing Team Blue, the winner is the last one in Team Red. Really fun things there. But it only lasted shortly. Now it seems to be over pretty much. I don't understand it, Canyon and Valley are my most favorite enviros after the stadium environment.
Years ago me and my brother used to play this a lot. Basically one of us would make a map while the other one doesn't look and then he tries to complete it. After that we would swap places (Hopefully you understand what I wanted to say, English is not my main language)
I played this soooo much in school against classmates, one of us would host a LAN game and anyone in our class could join. You had to be quick while be aware of your surroundings in case the teacher came walking towards you and you had to decide between getting the fastest time or being reported for gaming in class :D I used to be in the top 100 of the Netherlands years ago
Are you kidding me, this is how Wirtual sounded like? I did not notice the chance in his voice over the years but now that I came back I can hear it wow!
@@riolutm Well, I played this game in 2008 and learned your name, say, 2 days ago. Seeing you in commentary was fun. And I'm very happy with 212 medals only. :D
I just rewatched it and it's such a good video. First time I watched it was around half a year ago but I actually did not remember that many things so it was a good refresh.
I have played TrackMania since the first version and still love to play it today. Every time I see someone drive like this I come close to deleting it all together because I'm not worthy lol
"video games cause violence" meanwhile in TM; people from different parts of world with different walks of life united, having fun, spreading positivity, sharing jokes and collecting money for charity.
