go karts have like 180 degrees steering angle compared to a cars 900 or more couldnt be more different from eachother

It can still help even though it's way different shifting ebraking turning degrees effort to break traction and all the extensive other details. And the complete difference in phisics compared to a real car ..even still this can be a good starting point a second step would be to remove the tire wrap and add a shifter engine with more power

gearing is very important. you can use a normal centrifugal clutch for normal tracks, but for slow driving and offroad i would use a torque converter/ cvt

@@kealam8922 like is said, if you come in hot in a corner the cart will drift. Even with a lawnmower engine like that. You will get the back out.

@@kealam8922 i'm quite bad at karting as i only went a view times (using those rental karts) but after a view tries i was able to get the back out. I got your previous point. I don't disagree with you. I would do it in a way i would actually enjoy a bit of oversteer trying to be as fast as possible around a track. Maybe because in Italy (where i come from) drifting, donuts and motorbike stunting are not a big thing. Personally when i see adults stunting on bikes it makes me think of the circus. Like a ball juggler. :) Lol :)

@@NoMoreMrNiceGuy223 Simple Pvc plastic in large rolls are cheap in america , cheaper than tires for sure; Plastic gets little to no grip allowing you to stay in drift the whole time, not like power sliding around corners; and depending on the thickness, the hard plastic wears a lot slower than the soft rubber
