So they are local. The company mechanic is parked there and there is an Air Hose in the passenger foot well? Company mechanic cannot fix it and the driver and mechanic both know exactly what is damaged and is hoping for a standard tow bill without paying for the extras? But what is included in that as I have seen/heard customers specify only on board equipment which I presume includes every thig you carry?

Your customer service is just the best! You seem so caring and I almost cried when you went and got them some hand towels for them to wash their hands with! You are so polite! 60% that's my running average that's funny I used to have customers in the truck with me and they'd ask me if I ever lost a car off the bed of my truck I'd turn around look out the back window and go yep just now freaked them out every time

Great video. When are drivers going to learn to slow down and pullover. Those 2 cars that made those turns were lucky that you didn't turn about the time they were beside you. Good job. Stay Safe!

Should put an LED 4 x 4 sign with an Arrow behind the truck you are hooking up saying, " You Are on Camera, So Move the F**c Over"

Unfortunately Cops being there doesn't matter. I broke down in San Antonio Texas once. Even with a Texas Ranger and a Sheriff behind us these assholes still wouldn't move over.

Hey about how much practice would someone need to operate a DTU? Would a few calls with another driver operating a wrecker be sufficient?

What do you mean you can't tell? Go back and look at the back side of the tire where the brake drums are and see if they engage and disengage. Be careful out there though man, people are dumb when it comes to driving, they see flashing lights and thinks the have to be close to them instead of slowing down and moving over.

Getting stuck and rocking the tractor repeatedly weakening the u-joints.

MrManuel1329 not having grease in the joint, and continual wear causes it to grenade at any time, not just when loaded! It's not "its all good, until you do something"! It's continual wear and damage over time that destroys the joint! It's just when it happens to break, or when there is enough damage to break it! Whether loaded or empty!
