Titans seem to always be in replacement mode or need mode which is a direct result coming from the front office decisions or lack of decisions for decades. They are still trying to replace Jack Conklin at RT just like the had to at LT in Lewan. They are in constant need at WR because they force their hands in 1st rounds and end up with bust. Either by injury or just bust. This team gets in panic mode in player or position needs and when it does it whiffs and can just nosedive at times. It's been that way for decades. They just put themselves in bad situations. You had RT in a final year and couldn't trade him or Henry knowing you would eventually and couldn't and got less or nothing. They have done things like that for years as well. You draft a QB and thought you could draft and grab some lower budget OLineman off the market and it would be sufficient. Wrong, not with Levis and not with most QBs was that going to work. You needed an established or somewhat established O-line first for a rookie QB, ntm a guy like Levis that even his best year was a 2-1 TD to int rate. As bad as Levis has been he has a weak Oline. Latham/Skoronski are at least pieces, but they can only do so much. They get guys like Dailey, Dillard just low budget guys thinking it will work and it's just disaster. Point is stop being in a panic in drafts or Free Agents and just settling or going Low Budget. You have to draft better, get value for players when they are valued if you plan on not resigning them anyways, and stop being blue collar low budget we can find diamonds in the rough in our evauluations. We’ve made some really bad decisions over the years, should’ve hired lafluer, should’ve paid aj, shouldn’t have paid Tannehill. Those are just a few of the obvious ones and I’m not being captain hindsight I said this at the time we pretty much all did
